Privacy and Cookies Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the website and services related to the rental of Figaretti apartments, run by WIESŁAW OBIDOWICZ PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO PRODUKCYJNO-HANDLOWE “FIGARETTI”, ul. § 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The administrator of personal data collected via the website is WIESŁAW OBIDOWICZ PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO PRODUKCYJNO-HANDLOWE “FIGARETTI” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
2. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data is:
– processed in accordance with the law,
– collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes, substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
– stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

§ 2 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

1. Users’ personal data are collected for the purpose of:
– enabling the booking of apartments,
– implementing a short-term rental agreement,
– issuing accounting documents (e.g. invoices),
– contacting the customer (e.g. confirming the booking, handling applications),
– conducting marketing activities (if consent has been given).
2. The Administrator may process the following personal data:
– name and surname,
– e-mail address,
– telephone number,
– address of residence (in the case of issuing an invoice),
– data necessary for payment and reservation.

§ 3 BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679).

2. The basis for data processing is:
– consent of the data subject (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR),
– performance of the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR),
– fulfillment of a legal obligation (e.g. tax) incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR),
– legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g. pursuing claims).

§ 4 DATA SHARING

1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, such as:
– companies operating the reservation system (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Nocowanie.pl),
– companies providing IT and hosting services,
– accounting office,
– payment operators.

2. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, unless the User uses a foreign reservation service that has its own privacy policy.

§ 5 RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOM THE DATA CONCERN

1. Each User has the right to:
– access personal data,
– rectify it,
– delete it,
– limit processing,
– transfer data,
– object to processing,
– withdraw consent (at any time),

§ 6 DATA STORAGE PERIOD

1. Personal data are stored for the period:
– necessary to complete the reservation and perform the contract,
– required by law (e.g. tax),
– until the consent is withdrawn (if the basis for processing was consent).

§ 7 BEZPIECZEŃSTWO DANYCH

1. Administrator stosuje odpowiednie środki techniczne i organizacyjne zapewniające ochronę danych osobowych przed ich udostępnieniem osobom nieupoważnionym, utratą, zniszczeniem, czy modyfikacją.
2. Dostęp do danych osobowych mają tylko osoby upoważnione przez Administratora.

§ 8 INFORMACJE TECHNICZNE – PLIKI COOKIE

1. Strona internetowa korzysta z plików cookie (tzw. „ciasteczek”) – niewielkich plików tekstowych przechowywanych na urządzeniu końcowym Użytkownika (komputerze, telefonie, tablecie), które są niezbędne do prawidłowego działania strony oraz w celach statystycznych i marketingowych.
2. Pliki cookie wykorzystywane są w celu:

– zapewnienia poprawnego działania strony i jej funkcjonalności (np. zapamiętywania preferencji językowych, formularzy rezerwacyjnych),

§ 9 POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. Niniejsza Polityka prywatności obowiązuje od 25 maja 2018 roku.
2. W związku z ciągłym rozwojem i postępem techniki zasady określone w Polityce Prywatności mogą ulec zmianie.
3. O zmianie tych zasad Administrator poinformuje Użytkowników z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem, nie później niż na 7 dni przed ich wprowadzeniem, poprzez zamieszczenie nowej treści niniejszego dokumentu na stronie internetowej https://figaretti.com.pl/regulamin
