Late check-in and check-out are possible depending on apartment availability. You can stay in the apartment for up to 2 hours after the standard check-out time at no extra charge. If you wish to extend your stay beyond 2 hours (up to a maximum of 6:00 PM), a fee of 50 PLN will apply. Please inform us in advance so we can plan your stay accordingly.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact us, and we will check the availability of this option.

The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, please contact us, and we will do our best to prepare the apartment as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast in our apartments, but we are happy to help arrange food delivery upon request. Additionally, there are many restaurants and cafés nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.

All our apartments are fully equipped for your convenience. They include a kitchen with a fridge, stove, electric kettle, and essential cookware. Additionally, each apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board.

Yes, every apartment provides free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable experience for work or online entertainment.

Yes, for longer stays, we offer additional cleaning and linen/towel changes. The cleaning service costs 90 PLN, and changing bed linen and towels costs 50 PLN. Please contact us to request these services.

Yes, parking is offered at Figaretti Apartments, but options vary by location:

Location on Rakowicka Street 2 parking option:

1. Underground garage (paid):
   We have a limited number of parking spaces in the underground garage. The cost is 50 PLN per day. Due to limited availability of spaces, advance reservation is required.
2. Parking next to the building (no space guaranteed): It is possible to park on the street next to the building, but the availability of spaces is not guaranteed.

Location on Zdunów Street – underground garage (free of charge):

Each apartment has access to 1 free parking space. To use the parking lot, advance reservation is required due to the limited number of spaces.

The cancellation policy depends on the terms of your booking. Please review the terms and conditions when making a reservation. Generally, we offer free cancellation up to a certain period before the scheduled arrival, but each booking may have its own specific cancellation terms.

We usually do not require a security deposit unless the nature of the reservation or the length of stay necessitates it. Any details regarding a possible deposit will be discussed during the booking process.

Yes, we issue an invoice upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking or during check-in, and we will prepare the document for you.

   Our apartments are located in the heart of Kraków, so all major attractions, such as the Main Market Square, the Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Basilica, and Wawel Castle, are within a short walking distance – about 10–15 minutes. This allows you to explore Kraków’s most beautiful spots without the need for public transport.
2. To Kraków Main Train Station:
   For those traveling by train, the Main Train Station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartments. This is a convenient option for reaching the railway station quickly and stress-free, making it easy to continue your journey across Poland and Europe.
3. To Kraków-Balice Airport:
   John Paul II Airport in Balice is about 15 km from our apartments. You can easily get there by taxi (about 20 minutes) or public transport:

• By train: From the Main Train Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from us, regular trains run to Balice. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes.
• By bus: Public transport stops are located near the apartments, with buses running to the airport, ensuring a convenient connection.

   From our quiet and green location, you can reach the city center in about 15-20 minutes by car or public transport. The well-developed public transport network allows you to conveniently get to attractions such as the Main Market Square, the Cloth Hall, St. Mary’s Basilica, and Wawel Castle.
2. To Kraków Main Train Station:
   From the apartments on Zdunów Street, you can reach the Main Train Station in about 15 minutes by car. Public transport takes around 20 minutes, depending on the chosen mode of transport.
3. To Kraków-Balice Airport:
   The airport in Balice is approximately 25 minutes by car from the Figaretti Apartments on Zdunów Street. You can get there by taxi or public transport. Buses to the airport run regularly from nearby stops, with a journey time of about 30 minutes.

Although our location on Zdunów Street is slightly further from the center of Kraków, it offers peace and tranquility while still allowing quick and easy access to the city’s key points, as well as the airport and train station. It is the perfect choice for those looking for a balance between convenience and relaxation away from the city noise.

1. Figaretti Apartments – Rakowicka

Our apartments in the center of Kraków, on Rakowicka Street, are just a few minutes away from the heart of the city. The area offers a wide selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, allowing you to experience the unique atmosphere of Kraków. The famous Main Market Square is within walking distance, providing easy access to the city’s top tourist attractions, such as St. Mary’s Basilica, the Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle, the Botanical Garden, and numerous theaters and galleries. You can also take an evening stroll along the Vistula River or visit Kazimierz – the former Jewish district full of cultural treasures.

2. Figaretti Apartments – Zdunów

On the other hand, the apartments on Zdunów Street, located in a quieter, greener area, are perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, you still have easy access to Kraków’s tourist attractions and its surroundings. Nearby is the popular Zakrzówek – an ideal spot for relaxation, walks, and swimming in the lake. You will also find numerous grocery stores and restaurants serving traditional Polish cuisine. Additionally, with convenient transport connections, you can quickly reach the Wieliczka Salt Mine, the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum in Oświęcim, the Zakrzówek Bathing Area in Kraków, the Gorący Potok Thermal Baths in Szaflary, or John Paul II Airport in Balice. This makes it an excellent base for exploring the Małopolska region.

It is best to contact the hotel as soon as possible. If the missing item is found during the Guest’s stay, the staff will immediately return it to the owner. If the missing item is found after the Guest’s departure, it can be sent to the address indicated by the Guest. Left items are stored for a period of three months.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Failure to comply with the smoking ban may result in a guest being charged a room dearomatization fee of PLN 500.

Yes, night time silence is in effect from 10pm to 7am.

Yes, small animals are welcome. Exceptions are species/breeds that are generally considered dangerous or aggressive. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept sick or convalescent animals. The fee for an animal’s stay is PLN 80 per day. If you are planning to stay with your pet, please contact the administration in advance – we will be happy to discuss the details and help ensure comfortable conditions for both you and your pet.
